Thursday’s Thought: Keep Moving

Thursday’s Thought: “Keep Moving”

In fitness training we learn about lactic acid. It can build up in your muscles, post workout, resulting in severe soreness. Sometimes it takes a day or two to really feel the effects.

I used to take breaks in between workouts, thinking I was doing my body good by resting. But too much resting, I discovered, results in more pain. Now, regardless of how sore I am, I hit the gym again, especially right after a very intense workout. Or, I make sure I find times throughout my day to keep moving.

The same is true in life, friend. Too must celebrating or resting between our successes or failures, cause our “success muscles” to atrophy. Complacency can also set in, especially after we experience extreme setbacks.

The best time to go after your next goal is IMMEDIATELY after you fail at, or accomplish, the one you’re working on. So to make sure you reach your your goals, both in life and in the gym, keep moving. It’s the key to you being more and living better!

“You Didn’t Quit; You Were Rescued.”

Someone Needs To Hear This!!

“You didn’t quit; you were rescued.”

You’ve been beating yourself for something you lost – A job, a business, a relationship, a dream that didn’t go right.

You feel like you fell short; that you quit on what you so once loved. But Life would say to you, “You didn’t quit; you were rescued!”

There’s a reason you are no longer there; a reason you can’t fully understand yet.

You were snatched from a way that was about to turn ugly. You were spared just in the nick of time! Trust where you’re at. It’s exactly where you’re supposed to be!!

You didn’t quit; you were rescued!

Thursday’s Thought: Trust Your Dots

“Dots” in our life, are the people, places, things, and experiences we encounter along the pathway to our success.

‘You have to trust that the ‘dots’ will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust that something; your gut, destiny, life, karma, or whatever, brought you this far, and that everything you’ve been through has prepared you for where you are going.

Believing that your ‘dots’ WILL connect somewhere down the road, will give you the confidence you need to follow your heart even when following your heart leads you off the well-ran path. And that will make all the difference.

Trust your dots; they are leading you somewhere!
