Cringing is the tightening of one’s body for fear. Tensing up is a natural reflex at the onset of change. Cringing is the physiological response to anticipation.
The urge to hold on is one indication it’s time to let go.
Trust that what you’ve been believing for has arrived. Everything else in your life is shifting and leaving to make to room for what’s to now be. You asked for it. You got it. Now embrace it!
