When this video was shot, I weighed around 180 lbs. I started my journey at 228 lbs. Today I weigh 160lbs with a 32″ waste; the same size waste I had when I was in high school. (Not bad for 51 years of age) I work out 3-4 times per week. Everything about me has changed.
What happened? The key that changed my life was when I realized no one was going to help me but me.
Many of us are “waiting.” We’re waiting for a miracle, and break, an answer, a solution, but the person you want to be is waiting on the inside of you! What is he or she waiting on? YOU! You are the solution to your problem, you are the answer to your question.
Take a step today that will lead you where you want to be tomorrow.
- Take a brisk walk around the block.
- Exchange the chocolate bar for an apple and peanut butter.
- Get up 30 minutes earlier and spend some time loving on yourself.
You are worth every bit of momentary discomfort you may have to go through to become the optimal you.
